CNSR 2007 Tutorials Prior to the regular conference sessions, one-day tutorials are
planned for May 14, 2007. Particular emphasis is placed on wireless
communications and tool development for increased efficiencies in
delivery of Internet-based communication services. Tutorial attendees
should achieve a good understanding of the topics presented as well as
practical methods for solving real world problems. The following
