CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

FEE SCHEDULE

For an accepted paper to be included in the proceedings, registration must take place by February 15, 2008 (firm registration date, not refundable after February 25, 2008).

At least one author of an accepted paper must pay the FULL REGISTRATION FEE at either the IEEE/ACM member or non-member rate, depending on the author's status. The student member rate CANNOT cover the first paper, but a student rate may cover subsequent co-authored papers (see details below).

Note that different fees apply for early and late registration. On-site registrations are at the same rate as late registrations. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

OVERLENGTH CHARGES

There is a charge of CDN$113 ($100 + 13% HST) per page over the 8-page limit, up to two additional pages in a paper.

AUTHORS WITH MULTIPLE PAPERS

Authors with multiple papers must pay the FULL registration fee for the first paper (IEEE/ACM member or non-member fee as applicable), and one additional student registration for each subsequent paper with the following exception: In the event the second author is not a student, and plans to participate in the conference, the FULL applicable registration fee is due.

TUTORIALS

Tutorials will be free to students, and $56.50 ($50 + 13% HST) for non-students.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION

Conference registration may be made online at: http://www.regonline.com/cnsr2008. Authors please include your EDAS paper id(s) on the personal information page as you complete your electronic registration.

REGISTRATION REFUNDS

Please note that refunds after February 25th are not possible for authors of papers that were accepted for inclusion in the CNSR2008 proceedings.

STUDENT TRAVEL AWARDS

The conference organizers are in the process of arranging for a small number of graduate student travel awards of an amount not exceeding $500.
